2. Philippine NANA Day cosplay event will be held on July 7, 2007. The Individual Cosplay and Group Cosplay events will be held on the said date.

3. The cosplay registration will be an on-site/at-con registration. The on-site/at-con registration will be on July 7.

4. Cosplayers under eighteen (18) years of age as of cosplay event date must have their parent/s and/or legal guardian/s sign the waiver/image release form.

5. Costumes that are too revealing (ie. exposes private parts) are prohibited. Scantly clad and/or sexy costumes are allowed but are not encouraged. Philippine NANA Day cosplay team has the right to disqualify any participant on this ground.

6. All kind of costume props must be handled with utmost care and must not be harmful to his/her fellow cosplayers, event staff and event attendees. Any kind of sharp and/or bladed objects that will be used as costume props that could cut human flesh are strictly prohibited. Any kind of pyrotechnic equipment/s that will be used as costume props that could render damage to the venue and/or property is strictly prohibited.

7. The Philippine NANA Day cosplay team, Phil NANA Day organizers and its staff will not be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from mishandling and/or negligence of a cosplayer in his/her use of props/materials throughout the duration of the event.

8. Philippine NANA Day organizers reserve the right to disqualify a cosplayer’s entry in the event that their group or any of their members ignore and/or violate any of the aforementioned guidelines.

9. Registration and participation to the cosplay event constitutes that the cosplayer gives the right and the authority to Philippine NANA Day organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to take pictures and/or videos of registered cosplayers, cosplay groups and its members and will be the sole property of the organizers/staff, its sponsors and authorized press media to be used for future publications and/or advertising promotions.

1. The individual cosplay event will be an AI YAZAWA CATEGORY event where participants could cosplay any character that they want from any Ai Yazawa work. Ai Yazawa works are as follows:

• 15-nenme (1986)
• Love Letter (1987)
• Kaze ni Nare! (1988)
• Escape (1988)
• Ballad Made Soba ni Ite (1989, 2 volumes)
• Marine Blue no Kaze ni Dakarete
(1990-1991, 4 volumes)
• Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai (1992-1995, 8 volumes)
• Usubeni no Arashi (1992)
• Gokinjo Monogatari (1995-1998, 7 volumes)
• Kagen no Tsuki (1998-1999, 3 volumes)
• Paradise Kiss
(2000-2003, 5 volumes, published by Shodensha)
• Nana (2000-present, still in progress, 17 volumes in Japan so far)
• Princess Ai (2004-2006, 3 volumes)

2. There will not be an entry limit for the Individual Cosplay event. However, there is a deadline for the registration and anyone who registered before the deadline is included to the official list of Individual Cosplay participants.

3. All cosplay registrants are required to submit two (2) pictures upon registration. One (1) a picture of the character being cosplayed and one (1) of the cosplayer wearing the costume of the character that’s being cosplayed. These pictures will be used for the at-con voting. Pictures must be printed on a 5R (5x7 inches) or 8R (8x10 inches) photopaper or board.

4. There will be no cosplay catwalk however, registrants are encouraged to wear their costumes at the event. The submitted photos will be tacked on a board and attendees of the event will have the chance to vote for their favorite cosplayer.

2. A member of a particular cosplay group can only join ONE COSPLAY GROUP and he/she will not allowed joining multiple cosplay group/s.

3. A member of a particular cosplay group is not qualified to join the Individual cosplay event.

4. All group cosplay registrants are required to submit as many group shoots they want wearing the costume of the characters being cosplayed. These pictures will be used for the at-con voting. Pictures must be printed on a 5R (5x7 inches) or 8R (8x10 inches) photopaper or board.

5. There will be no cosplay catwalk however, registrants are encouraged to wear their costumes at the event. The submitted photos will be tacked on a board and attendees of the event will have the chance to vote for their favorite NANA band cosplayers.

2. All cosplay participants has the freedom and the option to participate for the International NANA Cosplay contest.

3. ONLY NANA COSPLAYERS are allowed to participate at the international contest. Ai Yazawa cosplayers other than NANA are not qualified for the international cosplay contest.

4. Philippine NANA cosplay organizers will have an official photographer who will take the photos of the cosplay participants at the event itself.

5. Philippine NANA Day organizers will be responsible in registering participants to the International NANA Cosplay contest.
